I do not recommend them. I sent my dog in to be bathed. Included with this was supposed to be a nail trimming, ear plucking, behind trimmed up, . expression and a good wash. She came home looking exactly the same. Not even a bow in her hair. Her face and feet were still dirty and her ears had not been plucked. Her nails were cut, but not much.



When I called to talk to the manager, he said that the work was done in spite of the obvious fact that it was not. He said that the plucking is done internally, so it wouldn't show, and that her nails were too long to cut. This is total baloney - I maintain my dog very carefully and know how it should be done. He offered nothing to try to fix this situation. I don't know, but suspect that the person doing the work (Josh) was just new, and they should have fixed it, but the manager's attitude was "who cares".



Don't take your dog there if you expect a good job to be done or any sort of customer service.

Thsi Petco is graet. hey have staff that is always willing to help, and a clean store.
