Special Education is a service provided by Highland School District 203, which serves more than 1,400 students in grades 3 through 10. The service includes transition and supplemental aid and support programs. Special Education serves students with developmental disabilities. Highland School District 203 operates Highland High School, Highland Junior High School, Tieton Intermediate School, and Marcus Whitman-Cowiche Elementary.
