I have been working them for a year. I am a high maintenance customer who is demanding and probably annoying. The staff, manager, owners, technicians, everyone is patient and friendly. They are accommodating and flexible as my needs evolve last minute. The quality of work is impeccable. The technicians are friendly and precise at the house and ensure everything is top notch. Service sometimes takes time (as I think they are the only glass company in the area) but it's worth it. I just give a call to double check deliveries and they always communicate issues.

I needed 2 replacement windows, it took 18 DAYS JUST to get an estimate. THEN I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the windows. The "tech" who the windows told me 3 weeks at the most from the day he measured until the installation. I hired a local contractor and had the windows replaced 3 weeks after I had already waited 2 weeks for an estimate. ALSO!.. I gave the "tech" 4 frames that needed new screens. THREE weeks later! I got back 4 NEW frames with new screens, that DID'NT fit, because.... the NEW frames weren't any where near the size, shape and thickness of the old frames. I NEVER asked for NEW frames, only NEW SCREENS. I asked for my old frames back, of course, just as with the estimate, nobody has an answer and I'm assuming are lost forever. Also...., the replacement screen material was thick and black. I specifically asked for a lighter thinner screen material.

My experience with them was unbelievable, and made me wonder if I was in the twilight zone, so much so I downloaded the yelp app just to warn others! I also had conversations with some of the local people, as I'm not a local, and was told BMG is the only glass company in town and they treat people as such. If you need replacement windows or screens, DO NOT USE BLACK MOUNTAIN GLASS. Hire a local contractor, pay the extra to go to another town or planet, It'll be a quicker and a much more professional experience.
