Horrible place.... And horrible managers. Don't know what they doing. Always will give you a bad advice. So, don't trust them. Bad and angry people's. They should be fired a long time ago.

AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAQUE:



I lived here quietly for three months. Paid my rent fully and on time. Mined my own business.

One day a guy walked in told me my credit was no good and I was out. No if's and's or but's.

I had no money for a lawyer and no one wanted to talk to me about it.....so I was out.

At this point, I guess, gladly...our of fear what could happen in the future.

If they could just put you out one day.....what was the point in staying??

So...if you decided to live here.....do so at your own risk and have a good back up plan.

The heartless corporation that runs it is just that....letters on paper. UMH Properties Inc.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CORPORATE!!!!!!!
