The prices are outrageous! They charge more than double the price for a womans shirt compared to a mans because it is "too small" and they have to manually iron it... The ironing was not done very well either. A pair of mens pants were $10 to dry clean! Their prices are well above the "industry average." I am assumimg this is because of their "free" delivery service. Do not use Owl Cleaners!!

Terrible Customer Service! Owl damaged an item - when I sent it back their idea of repair was to further damage the item and tell me it looked better that way. In talking to the manager I explained that I have had several damaged items as well as items that needed re-cleaned and/or re-pressed. Now they refuse my service! I guess the way they choose to keep customers happy is to eliminate the ones they have issues with!
