I got a virus to my computer and being an older computer I was worried that I would lose all my photos and music which I have saved over the years, but Chris did I great job saving my important files and transferring everything to my new computer. I would work with Chris again and definitely will recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable computer technician.

My husband and I experienced a situation where we weren't able to even open our laptop. As you would imagine, I was pretty panicked about losing all of the documents, pictures, and other data from our computer. After speaking with Chris from PC Buddy, I was immediately put to ease when he told me he'd do everything to make sure he retrieved our lost data. He also was very efficient, reasonable, and dependable. He worked on our computer and only had it for less than 24 hours. He was very professional, friendly, and gave great advice. He took the time to explain things and seemed very knowledgeable about our computer problems. We are so glad we found him and will always be using him for any computer questions, advice, or maintenance with issues we might have in the future!

I had a hard drive crash and PC Buddy recovered all of the data I needed, and very quickly. Will certainly call PC Buddy first when I need something.

Really a life saver, my work PC crashed, blue screen of death stuff and Chris made me a priority, came in, took my PC, backed up all of my files first, fixed the root of the problem, put my files back onto the unit and returned it within a day. PC Buddies is a first class business provider! I wish the rating system allowed me to give them a 10 star rating because that's what they deserve. My laptop was in desperate need of repair and I went to the big retail store for service and was told that I had to pay upfront for the entire service before they would even look at my computer. I got on line to find another provider and within minutes I found PC Buddies. What more can I say, the heavens and stars were in perfect alignment when they answered the phone. I dropped off my laptop later that afternoon and it was returned to me the very next day at 1/3 of the price quoted to me by the large retail store. I will never go anywhere else for computer related services and neither will my family and friends!
