These guys are a bunch of mental midgets. .If they are paid minimum wage. .they are grossly over paid

THEY ARE SOOOOO RUDE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL, AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE. TOO BAD THAT THEY WANT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THE MANNER.

They have the best calzones I've ever had. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Prices are decent. I've never had a bad experience at Pizza Roma.

Upon returning home from ordering a large seafood pizza I had requested no tomatos on. What do I discover but of course the tomatos that I asked them not to put on. In turn unable to call that evening I call the next day to voice my concern only to be told I need to call back because hes only a cook and cant deal with the situation. Calling back the next day I am informed that he the manager I am speaking with cant do anything & call back and speak to someone else. What a run around im getting over thier error. So, calling back the next day I finally met up with the manager whom I should have spoken to originally and what do I get from him "I dont remember that are you sure you got it from here?" well yes, I ordered the pizza I think I would know where it came from. Arguning perfusely that I didnt order it there he said I'll call you back when I look into it. Well guess what I'm still waiting. Needless to say it will be the last order I make from such an unorganized establishment.
