I recently attempted to use the do it yourself car wash feature, with no luck. I put a $5 bill in the bill changer and did not get any quarters at all. There was no indicator lit to indicate it was out of change. Frustrated, I went to the other bill changer, inserted another $5, and again got no quarters at all! It was ridiculous! I have attempted to call the car warsh at the above number, and have not had any luck. No answer, no answering machine, nothing. I frequent the establishment year round and this is the first time I was ripped off $10 in one day and was hoping to get a refund as I am a frequent customer. Maybe I need to write to them to get a response.
