I was sent an extra part for repair of my vehicle -have had discussion about the return of this $69.00 part with Christine and Pam ,individuals and cannot get the appropriate info to return the extra part and receive my refund for the part. It has been over a month and the company or their reps will not respond. I guess the next step is to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau of this companies practices.
