very unprofessional

I was sent a math book and on the box they said there was an invoice enclosed and I opened the box there was no invoice to return and refund the book price back to me I emailed them numerous times and they responded 8.5 hours later and had already sent out the book after mailing a request to not send it to me when I ordered it. Very unprofessional of a company poor ethics.
