The new owners don't understand loyalty to their customers (new or old). Not to mention they are lying to future customers. The real scoop is they cancelled classes with 4 days notice to the members (who pay more for classes) and as they are walking possible new people around they are still showing them the class room as if they are going to be able to pay for classes. Not only are they letting go of the instructors, they want the instructors to pay to teach a class! When I mentioned this to another instructor at another gym, he was flabbergasted and said he'd never heard of that. Maybe this works in Miami but you have bought a gym that has members going back more than 15 years who have to work for a living! Oh and the best is the manager says to email from the link on the website, but the website is down!!! Coincidence? They are driving this gym into the ground and they have no idea that we have all become a big family (including the trainers) and we are leaving in one big group. Good luck! And turning it into a 24 hour with only cameras at night is a real smart idea ::sarcasm:: but who am I but a loyal customer??
