In response to "Cookie405 J."s allegations about the Aesthetic Laser Treatment Center. We would like to say that this person's alleged complaint was reviewed by the Rhode Island Department of Health and ruled as "no professional misconduct".

We are sorry that this person is dealing with this issue in her life but it is clear that it is in no way related to the products or staff of this company.

The minute I walked into the laser center I felt right at home. The receptionist greeted me with a huge smile and the person doing my treatment and consultation came out right on time and greeted me just as welcoming as the receptionist. The consultation was very informative and when she asked me if I had any questions I couldnt think of any that she hadn't answered. I went home with a booklet of information and an appointment ready for a few days later.

When I had my treatment the woman was very warm and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. Already I have seen a huge difference and hope to try other services as well.
