Called Carbone today, with an air conditioning problem. Explained to them that i had my elderly mother living with us, and she has asthma. They said that they would juggle there schedule, and get a tech to us. Within 2 hours we had our air conditioning back.These guys are GREAT!!!. I will recommend them to everyone i know. Thanks Carbone, job well done.

Emergency repair needed for handicap walk-in shower. This was the first time using Carbone Plumbing and will definitely be calling for future plumbing needs. They did a great job and were very professional, pleasant and neat. Would recommend to family and friends. A+ - Cumberland, RI

Use anyone but this company. Unprofessional. We had no heat on a Saturday- 20 degrees outside. Called several companies- this one arrived first. Tech diagnosed problem- no part on truck- supplier closed- no estimate of repair cost- no idea of part price- would only charge for cost of part on return visit- $150 charge for this initial visit. Monday tech replaces part- then announces $380 due. Tech leaves trash behind (see other reviews)- leaves wire nut off of connection at furnace. I checked part price on internet- $99-150 from Amazon. Called company to start inquiry for all charges- Carbone says "would have to talk to tech"- no response- no call back. No heat from Saturday to Monday. Do yourself a favor- find another company to repair your furnace.

Excellent Company. They came to my house at 2 AM. Had no heat, fixed my problem, nice and cozy now. Thanks guys.

Our boiler went off late last night, and we live in worcester. We called carbone, they said they would send a tech. Our roads were horrible, and there tech, fought his way thru. Thanks to carbone, we know have heat. EXCELLENT COMPANY

We called our regular plumber because we had no heat, he never called us back. We called Carbone, they were here within an hour, repaired our furnace, great price. Thank you guys, we will use you from now on.

Followup to my 11/9 4 star review. Disappointed to have to downgrade my initial review. Live in a split level that used to have zoned heating. Since they replaced the boiler that is no longer an option and my finished basement is now too cold to use most days. And more of a concern is that they told me someone would be by in 2 days to take away the old boiler and when I called after 2 weeks was told I wasn't forgotten but they were behind I accepted that. Now 2 months and the boiler is still sitting where they left it. Mistakes happen and things go wrong in the service industry but when you're given a second chance and blow that off as well I have to assume the worst.

So disappointed!! We had a hot water tank installed three years ago with a tab of over $800.00 but were told that it had a nine year warranty and it was top of the line. We wouldn't have to replace it every five or six years like we have been with store bought ones. Here it is, three years later, my basement is flooded and we had to make the "oh so familiar " call. The serviceman just left my home and we are out another $556.50 not to mention the mess and inconvenience. Think before calling.

Guys worked hard and seemed knowledgeable. Not everything worked out as planned. It took 2 trips, the old boiler still hasn't been picked up in a week, I no longer have zoned heating, accidental hole in the wall. But I think the price was fair, and they seemed honest and I appreciated they came quick and worked hard.

Same day shower faucet change. Pleasant and work looks good. I had a quote from somewhere else and they didn't return calls and didn't keep the appointment. These guys were $175 cheaper. Thank you Carbone.

Our boiler cracked sunday, We called carbone and they were putting in a new boiler on monday. Thank you guys so much.

Air Conditioning went out over the weekend. Called Carbone, they had a truck at my door monday afternoon, and cool air is flowing again. Great job, Thank You guys, wife is happy, and i am out of the dog house.

Had an emergency leak on 3rd floor bathroom and the service was immediate and outstanding. Great results and very reasonably priced. Will definitely refer them and use them next time.

Called Carbone at 6am, in the morning. I had no heat and frozen pipes. They sent a tech out who was friendly, and very neat. Within a few hours, heat was working, and water was flowing. Excellent Company. Thanks Guys

I called Carbone for the first time this morning after my usual plumber said it would be two weeks to get to us. Bernie arranged for Chris to be at our site within an hour. The task was completed with a smile and in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic. I will certainly call Carbone in the future.
