ZERO STARS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!



THEY FAIL TO FULFILL EVEN A SIMPLE 1/2 KEG BEER ORDER AND THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THEIR FAILURE UNTIL YOU ARRIVE TO PICK IT UP!!! THEN THEY SEND YOU ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT!



I ordered a 1/2 keg of a common domestic beer (nothing special or unusual) from them. When I went to pick up the keg the day of the party, they informed me that they did not have the beer for me! REALLY? Are you kidding? How could a liquor store not have a common domestic beer, even AFTER the order was placed with plenty of advanced notice (weeks)?!?! AND you wait until I arrive to tell me... not weeks earlier!!!



Moreover, the clerk suggested that I drive down the street and try a different liquor store "because they have plenty of beer." Why didn't Alpine send someone to that other liquor store before I arrived and get the beer so that my order could be fulfilled by Alpine like they promised? Instead I had to now drive around town searching for a keg of beer - and basically do their job for them.



This was my first and LAST time I ever use this place. Next time I will save myself the hassle and frustration and just buy from the competitor. So much for trying to support local businesses.
