Hi, Dr. Gilmore took excellent care of me! She was very caring, took the time to speak with me at length about my health, and diagnosed my hypothyroidism which she treated successfully! She is one of the best doctors that I have met. Sometimes, there is a wait in the waiting room, yes, but, after being seen by her, I understand. She takes the time it takes to thoroughly treat each patient. I felt lucky to have been seen by her!

Horrible experience all around 2.5 hours in the waiting room my first time there. After i get in she failed to order the most important blood work, at the second appt. i was told she was at least an hour behind. The Dr. Called me back when i asked about the blood work she 'oops i guess i omitted it.' Then she said we do what we can here maybe you need another doctor. Yes, one that knows how to order blood work and manage a scheduled office that doesn't leave you in a waiting room for hours.
