They just sent a notice regarding security deposit for a house my daughter along with two other students rented through a realtor. The house was handed over on time with only one damage. cleaned and received by the realtor and landlady. checked off at inspection. however it appears the landlady is trying to claim for improvements she wants to make a charge of 695 dollars to restore a dinning table, grill parts, 31.64, blender 19.99, handy man misc repairs 225, cleaning- team hopkins 650, repair refrigerator 230.52,window repair( the only genuine claim) 250 and carpet cleaning 353.00- total claims from three your future contributing citizens $2455.15. As a parent I don't think this is a professional approach. Being a qualified lawyer I will not stand for such unprofessional support of a lady who is looking to exploit the young. After all we need to understand our social security check is paid by these young people through taxes they pay. It is better not to support such people.
