The salespeople here need to tell the customer to check their deductibles which have become enormous in the last few years. Not just tell you that your insurance will cover so many mastectomy bras a year and we will submit information to your insurance company. Then a month later a bill from Ruth's in the mail. Selling mastectomy bras and prosthesis today is like being a taxi company competing with Uber - the world is changing . Once you know your sizes and comfort you can buy online 30% less than their retail no tax or shipping. Not a compassionate group at Ruths if you are having chemo or buying initial prosthesis/bra. Go out of state - Boston and NYC great shops with informed kind staff easy to submit your own paperwork to Blue Cross etc. Not sure about her other inventory just mastectomy products - this shop old and tired

three visits, three very rude experiences with sales help..I am so angry I would like to picket out in front of the place....

The "wig lady" was very insensitive and immediately dismissed me during my time of need, it as a very difficult time for me! She was more concerned with herself and that she had no time to provide service, because she had to leave early.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Awful customer service. I was nervous as it was, worrying that I wouldn't find a bra that would fit me and work with my wedding gown. I really had my hopes up that Ruth's would be able to help me. The woman who was supposed to be "helping" me huffed and puffed the ENTIRE time and said "It's been a long day." I don't care how long her day was, she was extremely rude and not helpful at all! She kept telling me I wasn't going to find what I need and basically told me to give up. She didn't offer any other suggestions. When I tried to ask questions she wouldn't even look at me, and just huffed and puffed and said "No". I ended up leaving without saying a word and I will never go back!
