They treat people like cattle and don't do anything unless they absolutely have to. They're incompetent, lazy, and don't take time to care for people the way they're supposed to. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy there. If there is any justice, the idiots that run the place will have to reside there one day and suffer the same atrocious treatment my mom received.
