I would highly recommend the Travel Connection for anyone looking to plan a trip. I'm not sure what kind of experience the last poster had but it could not be more different from every interaction I have ever had with Sue and her team. They are knowledgeable, friendly, will make great recommendations, and I have never felt like they only cared about the money. In fact, even when I have been picky, and changed my mind twice and sent numerous emails that added to the work they had to do I was ALWAYS treated with respect, understanding and great customer service. I have recommended them to a friend who needed to plan her honeymoon and they too had a great experience. I've used them to plan my own honeymoon and I am now in the process of planning a European vacation with them.

Travel connection is the worst travel agency I have ever been to.....they are great before you start to make payments.....once they get your money they make you feel like you are doing them a favor. They are rude on the phone and only care about getting their money. I would never go there again and if you have any sense you would stay far away!
