Alexander was the most respectful professional I have come across in a long time. From the initial phone call to the confirmation and the entire time onsite he made you feel like he appreciated you. He explained every step along the way, left detailed instructions on how to maintain and warranty information. The end product looked amazing and I could not be happier! A friend of mine had her tub deglazed previotsly and was so impressed with how mine came out that she is going to call him to have hers done again.
