This community living has 1 thing going for it... it's somewhat pet friendly. It is SO important that our pets are welcome. People include their pets as a part of the family. At least we do! But when your restricted to one pet that has to be like 5 pounds, that rules out a great many of us. Pets are pets, not a working breed but a loving soul that we allow in our homes, our lives and our hearts. Just look at the nearest drug store or corner store, they have pet food and accessories right down to outfits! That should tell us something right there! However, as a resident for many years in the past, I have heard horror stories about the management with pets. They even tell you where and what your kids are allowed to do as if they are pets!

This place is perfect for say a single person or a married couple who are most likely doctors who work long hours and don't want to deal with yard maintenance, etc. Also, the staff are as nice as can be if you are thinking about renting but once your in, they seem to be on to just making the next potential tenant happy... very fake.

There aren't any elevators so beware if you are on the third floor. The 1st floor units are more expensive but are on the same level as the small laundry rooms. New moms beware... you will be racing up and down the stairs and I would lock your door every time you walk out it... even if you are going to do laundry. As with any complex, there are actually laundry thieves! With everyone leaving R.I., prices are competitive. Rent a ranch and pay the extra for landscaping... more for your money.
