Very knowledgeable. I had an inquiry about a mini split, and a concern about a leak around a vent.

Keith was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He did the job and took time to explain what he did.

Called before arriving and also sent an email with a photo of the technician. Matt was courteous and explained our problem and offered a couple solutions. Great company and great technicians.

Prompt and experienced servicemen. Not the cheapest but did a great quality job.

I was very impressed with the expertise, professionalism and service I received from Jordan Air (Air, Heating, and Plumbing). I called them requesting service regarding sewage issues in a rental property.

Last week we meet with Jeremy and Adrian because we wanted to get our HVAC ducts cleaned, as we were having severe dust problems coming through our vents,. They came out and did an inspection and showed us where the problems were with our old duct work hat was installed in 2004 from another company. Jordan Air sent out a great team of technicians, they were professional and courteous, and went over what they would be doing to repair our problems, and we are VERY satisfied. We hired Jordan Air to do two jobs for us and both experiences were excellent. In May 2018, they installed an entirely new HVAC system. The work went smoothly and quickly. In March 2019, we had them add some enhancements to the system to help prevent future problems with mold. The basement partially flooded about 8 years ago, and the problem was never properly fixed. This led to a mold problem that had to be remediated. Once that work was done, we had Jordan Air come in and 1) add a dehumidifier unit, 2) put in a better filtration system, 3) install a REME HALO, and 4) Aeroseal the ducts. Again, the work was excellent and it was all done in one day. You can’t go wrong with these guys. Jordan Air is top-shelf.
