The children are not properly monitored. Often times there are 22 kids in a room and only one staff member. The staff does not act appropriately calling kids names and using terms such as rude, dumb, retarded. If staff is approached to discuss a situation they become standoffish and yell and scream.

I know a child that was injured by another student and the entire situation was ignored by a staff member. She was left screaming and crying in a corner while another child was biting her fingers to the bone. She also had another set of teeth marks her chest.

Child came home with multiple bites on fingers and chest from another child.
