I called on 07/18/2016 around 2:00pm , he said he could get to my home after 4 pm never showed up. I called him around 5:30 he said the job took longer than he thought and he would make me the first customer for tuesday morning I agreed . Tuesday I called him around 9:30 am he said he was in Willmington on a job and he would come when he finished. He got to the home around noon was there for 5 mins said he had to go for parts. After about 30mins I recieved a call from him saying that he could not find the parts and maybe I should get someone else to do the job because he didn't want to waste my time . I HAD NO WATER IN THE HOME FOR A DAY AND A HALF WAITING FOR HIM. I have never experienced anything like this ever . I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I don't remember the guy's name that came to the home but he knows who he is THANKS FOR NOTHING OVERALL RATING 0

He is a very good plumber. Must say he does have a little temper when he can't get a pipe loose. All in all he is a good guy and has good prices.

had a sewer back up, called Dimmicks, they were out in about an hour. got the drain lines rodded and cleared quickly. price was excellent for an emergency service call. i would highly recommend this company!!!!!
