it was a long wait and they just left me there!

DO NOT GO THERE AND TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE.

My kids have been going to Dr. Stampley every since they were born which was 8 & 5 years ago. I was in the middle of a job change and was unable to pay for my kids school check ups. It was only 45 days and know the new biller for the office is dropping my kids even after I came in and paid the bill. She said that doesn't matter. It is hard enough to get kid(s) use to a doctor and after you do, then they drop you. The doctor has made who knows how much money from my old insurance companys and now for a $140 bill they are choosing to drop my kids. SO UNLESS YOU CAN READ THE FUTURE AND KNOW THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE INSURANCE OR MONEY TO PAY IN THERE TIME FRAME THEN I WOULD HIGHING RECOMMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. THE BILLER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had been a patient of Dr. Stampley for 10 years, until recently. Her office staff and their incompetence have left me searching for a new Doctor. Recently, I moved and AFTER moving I brought my daughter in for a check-up. As with standard procedure, I updated my information, gave my insurance card information, etc... Apparently, they lost the paper work, did not process it, who know because they were mailing my bill to the wrong address. When I called and spoke with them about this, they continued to mail my information to the wrong address, never submitted my claim to insurance, because they were not using the "Current" insurance information... and then after hearing NOTHING from their office, they send me a collection notice on the 14 of the month. The notice states that if I do not respond within 10 days they will turn me over to collections. The notice was dated the FIRST of the month!! It was already beyond the 10days with it arrived in my mailbox. Complete lack of professionalism in handling my account which makes me wonder about the accuracy of my medical information. Would not recommend Dr. Stampley.
