The donuts are average. Nothing too special.
Takes em awhile to fill orders. I think because they're not a busy location they're used to standing around doing nothing, when they can be learning and making things better.
Manager is nice, but they definitely need to train the newbies better before throwing them on a cash register.
They also do not take Dunkin donuts coupons. I live in Crest hill and the coupons I get in the newspaper or local fliers never have their address. So they dont accept them.

They are cheap. I went there on Wednesday and my wife got a muffin (#4) and they asked us what would we like in our coffee as well as which muffin. We waited for 5 minutes for her coffee and finally said something and they said we did not pay for coffee. I thought the muffin meal came with coffee and demanded to see our receipt. The muffin meal was on the receipt. They were so rude about it and we decided to walk out and never go there again. Other food we got was a wrap and a couplle of donuts. The wrap was cold and the muffin was stale. I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again. I love Dunkin Donuts, but just not the one in Crest hill. A cup of coffee cost them a lot of business, because I was going to get 8 dozen for an event in the near future from them. Not now.... and not ever again.
