Very disappointed. We went there on a UFC fight night. We did not know that they changed the policy requiring a reservation. So, the lady (manager) told us we had to move to a spot where we would not be able to see the fight. We are paying customers too and there was no reservations listed on the table. We were specifically told by another employee that we could sit there! We spend on the average $50-60 when we watch a fight so they have now lost our business. If you are going to require reservations, then put a sign on the door or something! Also, our friends who were going to be there will no longer be going there either. We went to another establishment that had the fight and they were way nicer. The new manager at Keglers needs to learn customer service. Just horrible! And if I could I would have given no stars. Stay away from this place. On a side note the bathrooms are nasty too!
