Totons people were very nice and informative not only did they repair my tv fast they also saved me money

I went into the store to inquire about repairing a receiver, and the lady was also very rude. It says on the front door that they are family owned and operated for 43 years. I don't see how with customer service like that.

I called to inquire about getting our tv fixed, in the process of explaining what we were experiencing I was interrupted and the lady said "well what do you want?!" When I asked about the service call and pricing she was very snippy and acted as if it was a hassle for her to speak with me. They were extremely over priced compared to other places that I had called. No way will I ever call them again!! If this is how they treat people before they have your money, just imagine how you will get treated after they have your money!!
