I will NEVER bring my car to this company again. I had work done and my car ended up with scratches and no one can tell me what happen. One of the receptionist in the morning time said that Mario would look at the cameras to see what happen. When I sari I would be by in the evening to speak with him, he then told me maybe it was the tow company. What happen to viewing the cameras? Mario then told me it would take a couple of days and that I should file a claim. Really?!?!? Why tell me to file a claim if you didn't do it. So when talking with him and his broken English, he started to speak in Spanish to the receptionist. At this point I'm getting mad. I don't know what thy are saying. So when I asked who else I can speak to he said google it. Wth? I know the owners name is Rafael and I was told he's always at the close of the location. When I left I called across the location told him that I would like Rafael the owner to give me a call back so we can discuss further of the cameras.

I took my car to this shop for a simple tune up. When i received my car back, there was a horribly loud noise that was obviously not there beforehand. I went back to let them know and the technician came out and tried to lie to me about breaking the EGR valve and EGR hose. Eventually after fifteen minutes of arguing with this technician, he admitted to breaking them but said that "they were about to break anyway". I understand that some parts can break while performing jobs on cars but they completely failed to mention that they broke the parts when i picked the car up and they were going to let me drive it in that condition. They would not reason with us and kept arguing with us so that they could get us to pay for their mistake. I really needed my car to go to work so in order to get it fixed, they made me pay for the parts that they broke. On top of that, they stated that they would not know the cost of the parts until they were already ordered and had came in. They were dishonest and then refused to give us a quote on the parts prior to ordering them. I will never go back to that so called repair shop. This shop is unethical, dishonest, and will try to take as much money as possible from you. I am sincerely advising everyone to stay away from this place.

Took truck there to have cat converter installed. They installed the wrong part. My truck ran worse when I left than when I arrived. After I explained to them what they did wrong. I'm convinced they still had no idea what they are doing. I ended up taking the truck somewhere else because I couldn't afford any additional damage.
