Avoid Peak Property at all costs. They charged me $35 an hour to clean my immaculate apartment. Kristin in charge of long term rentals has a horrendous attitude and gives me the heebie-jeebies. David, one of the owners, threatened to tow my legally parked vehicle out of spite after I complained to him about some of Peak s practices. Don t feel compelled to trust this one negative review, either; ask a few locals who have dealt with Peak and they ll voice similar opinions.
