Bad smell and awful grooming. I took my beautiful chow in and they shaved her and I asked for a hand trim and to only shave her legs as that's were her hair grows the fastest, and 6 hours later they called me to pick up my shaved dog. They Shaved her all over and shave burnt her bottom and thighs, I don't recognize this dog of ours. Someone should close that place down.
