I refuse to take my remote saxophone back to them. A piece of it fell off, so I took it to them to FIX it. They put a new piece on. I paid a little over $40. Today in my band class, I tried playing and the key didn't move far enough to actually work. They put the piece on crooked. I wouldn't trust them with my pet rock. Let alone my saxophone.
