I have taken a number of different clothing to be altered by Miss Ayfer. The work is perfect everytime. I like that she is honest about when the clothing will be ready & meets the deadline.

Poor customer service! She was very rude in dealing with me. She was impatient and made smart aleck remarks such as "you can sew a button on can't you?" Well, if I could I wouldn't be at your shop! When she listed the price to sew up a tear on one of my dresses, I told her no thank you because her price to fix the dress cost more than I paid for the dress itself, so it wasn't worth it to me. She got irritated and told me to fix the other dress I gave her by myself as well. She also bad-mouthed the alteration service on 7th Group, which is unprofessional on her part. The alterations place on 7th Group has done great work, so I will just go back there even though it's a farther drive for me.

She is absolutely amazing at her work. I took a designer dress in for her to do and it needed some major alterations done. She did an amazing job. Now I am all ready for the ball. I would highly recommend to everyone. She is honest and lets you know what she is going to do and takes her work very serious. Awesome job. I will only go to her if I need anymore alterations done. I am very pleased with her work:)

She is the BEST at what she does!!! Very honest, professional, and pricing is very reasonable. She has worked on several pricey dresses and has done an excellent job!!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I did a lot of research into alteration shops before going here, and it paid off and then some. Ayfer is fantastic. I don't know about everybody else, but I came in four times, all in the early midday afternoon, and only once saw another customer in there.



She is also incredibly honest, especially about her own work, and never feeds you any nonsense.

She's friendly, amiable, and generous with his time as well as discounts. While tallying up the total for my suit alterations, she did the best job and has the best prices in town.. All said, the work was worth every penny and I'll definitely be coming back again in the future.

By far the best Alterations in the Gulf Coast! Highly recommended!

I cant believe the quality and speed of this alterations shop most def. top notch. I would drive a hundred miles to get to this place to have my work done. Fast and fair priced.
