Down home good people who work there

My family and I have always enjoyed eating at Hideaway. Today I went in for a to go order. There must have been some miscommunication between the young lady that took my order and the people who made my food. 2 of the 3 items were incorrect. When I called about it,the young lady who answered the phone was very apologetic and nice about it. She got her manager. The manager was immediately very rude, hateful and sarcastic. She told me that there was nothing she would do about the pizza because there was nothing wrong with it, although there was. She said the only thing she would do anything about was the garlic bread, which in actuality was breadsticks instead. I could not believe a manager would talk to a customer like that. We will never return to Hideaway.

We had a awesome pizza here. Great service. Love the location. All meats are fresh that they use on the pizza's

Pizza was good but our waitress just disappeared on us and another one took over with no explanation. Atmosphere was a bit cramped.

Best pizza ever!!! Very clean resturant and friendly, fast service!

This is a must go. It's not a fast-food restaurant. Great cooking and menu
