Do NOT take your TV here for repair! I ignored the initial signs of disorganization in the repair office (ie a closet) because it's tough to run a small business. I should have listened to my instincts though. He promised an estimate in 3 days; however, 2 weeks later I ended up calling, for the third time. He never returned a single phone call and when I went to pick my TV up (3 weeks from initial drop off) he wasn't even at his office when he said he'd be. He lied to me on the phone saying he was parked outside, but I was at the door. I can handle a busy person or even some disorganization, but be honest and communicate clearly so I do not drive 45 minutes to pick up my TV and waste my time, gas and walk away with more uncertainty. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this person for any type of business.
