Provided by YP.comDon't bring your vehicle here. They replaced my AC compressor, for $1400, and within 3 minutes after leaving the shop, my check engine light came on, and my vehicle was running terribly. They refuse to take responsibility, and I was told by the corporate office, "Sequence of events doesn't matter, my inconvenience doesn't matter, my frustration doesn't matter. They're not reimbursing me, unless the dealership says they can prove Pep boys caused the problem. That's the type of customer service you get. You're better off paying a shade tree mechanic a 6 pack of beer to work on your vehicle. Pep boys is obviously too big to care about customers satisfaction. So, NO STARS! They don't care about damages they cause, or keeping the customers satisfied.
