Loved the staff! She took care of my nail problems with a beautiful french manicure with a decent price.

I give Top Ten Nails a big fat 0! I posted a picture of my right big toe after I received a pedicure from them 3 days ago. Please please please DO NOT get services from them. On top of nursing my poor toe back to health, Mindy's husband was not friendly at all & obviously used dirty tools & cut the crap out of my cuticles!! I am currently sitting at the doctor's office praying that I don't have a staph infection. I don't recommend Top Ten Nails to anyone. Also, I brought in my darling & well behaved 2-Year Old Daughter in with me that day to get her cute toes painted. Mindy did a great paint job on them but when my 2-Year Old accidently moved & messed up the paint on her two big toes I had to request that she fix them when Mindy clearly witnessed the polish get smeared. I should not have had to ask. So disappointed. I have never gotten infections from any nail salon ever in my years of getting pampered. Not a happy customer & in pain now thanks to them!

Read reviews, but decided to try them anyway. Big mistake! My cuticles were cut so deeply that my fingers bled. ALL of them! Cuts around the nail bed sting when product is applied. Place was disorganized with piles of paper everywhere, and it smelled like dead fish. They don't sterilize their equipment as the clips they put on my nails still had cotton from their previous use. They also charge for everything individually, so their prices are misleading - itemized for removing existing polish, the manicure and the service (I got gel polish). Will never go there again and will let my friends know not to go either.
