Poor customer service. Took my Escalade in for brakes, rotors, tie rods and alignment. We spent a lot of money on the work that was done. Brakes are still squeaking. We have had this vehicle for approximately 3 years and after they worked on the brakes the center caps for the rims began to fall off one by one. After the second one came off we checked one that was still on and it came off by lightly pulling it with my finger. Due to their design it requires a special tool to remove them. Then we looked at it and some of the clips were broken. We called the shop to address our issues with their work and were spoken to by the staff in an inappropriate and rude manner and they hung up on us!!!!!!!!! We will never return to this shop and I do not recommend getting your car worked on here. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS HUNG UP ON BY STAFF!!!!!!!
