With my experience with EPI Management property manager of our Condo Association in Bloomingdale, IL is the worst person to deal with. He is over work and managing a total seven Home Owner Association in Du Page County. How can one person manage and handle seven HOA all at the same time. The quality of service is compromise. He recommends the cheapest solution for our association to save money and what kind of service you get in return? Off course, since the workers are not supervise and no one check their work, you always get the poorest service in return. EPI wants quantity of HOA to manage but never focus on the quality of service they provide to all the condo-associations home owners who pay their services on time. All Condo-owners who are not getting a good service from EPI Management should start providing their reviews every time a service request is provided to make sure EPI Management is aware what kind of service condo-owners' received. One way to pass information to the general public.
