When I went to Sprint to have my LG Fusic checked out for making a noise that kept me up all night, the technicians reset the phone, but did not fix the problem. Ultimately, it was something I had to figure out from the manual. Why couldn't they do that? I wasted my time and would not recommend them. I would prefer they found the source of the problem and/or showed me how to reset my phone, to boot.
