Stay away. We purchased a Ford F150 there which hasn't had any problems. So a few months later, our Acura MDX 's air conditioning went out and rather than spend the money to fix it, decided to trade it in on two cars at Crestwood Auto Sales. Steve, the sales guy was eager to help of course but the Sales Manager, Grant, was never there. We test drove a VW Beetle and a Volvo Wagon - both had working air conditioning, drove well other than seeming to need tires, so we made the deal.

Within two days, the AC on the Volvo wasn't working. Was working fine when we test drove it. We immediately contacted Crestwood Auto Sales and Steven said we'd need to come back when Grant was there, which turns out to be only a few hours a day. Steven felt sure that Grant would agree to at least do a coolant charge. Well, when we finally managed to catch him at the location, he refused to even do that.

We've bought 3 cars there within 2-3 months and were treated like scum after they got their money. We were even told that we supposedly declined the warranty, which of course we were never even offered. Grant is a liar and a cheat. Stay far away.

I've been buying cars from Crestwood Auto Sales for many years. The owner and salesmen go out of their way to make sure I'm treated fair. I would highly recommend this car lot, they have the best prices around and quality vehicles. They also offer warranties which is a big deal for me.

Run far far away. Well, I gue...

Run far far away.

Well, I guess third times the charm judging from the other reviews.Id shopped around for the car I wanted and found it at Crestwood. The purchase process was being handled through my out of state credit union. Aside from the overly anxious salesman calling several times within a 15 minute time span the process was smooth. My bank sent a check and the car was paid in full. No warranty was offered during the final signing of papers. 2 weeks and two days after driving the car home the car began overheating and after 2 mechanics we find out the car had a leaking radiator and needs to be completely replaced and Crestwood refuses to pay any portion of this repair even with the mechanic stating the issue had been going on prior to my purchase.Well, $377 and one week later guess what? The car is still overheating because of a blown head gasket. Mind you this is all within almost a month. After a heated conversation I have consulted an attorney. Will it get us anywhere? I'm not sure, but I will be posting this review on any and every site with this car 'dealership' mentioned. Moral to the story? Once they get your money there is no more service and you're on your own. Shady.
