The Carr Mansion is trip down memory lane, in a very modern fashion. The B & B was converted from the old High School, the opluence, and home comforts bring warm feelings to the middle of your soul. The hosts are Gary & Wini, very personalable, they make you feel right at home. Wini is a 5-star chef, the morning I was there she served wonderful, aromatic coffee, 2 kinds of fresh juice, ice cold milk, Blueberry Strata, OMG, it was so wonderful, hot just pulled from the oven, served with a fresh Blueberry sauce and yes, what breakfast would be complete without Homemade Cinnamon Rolls. You woke gently to these smells drifting through the house of all these culinary excellences, just like home. I have not even begun to detail all the little extras put into the renovations of this wonderful B & B, like the room designed with Will Rogers memoorabilia motif, the B&B owner & he were good friends, all authenic and a king size bed that you just sunk into and wandered off to dream land....enough from me. Do your self a favor go see, enjoy and be prepared to be pampered! :)
