I wanted them to repair my computer. When I tried to get on the internet the next day, it didn't work. I called them and I was told "...it worked here so I don't know". I tried my old computer on the internet and it worked just fine, but my "repaired" computer still didn't work. I had to eventually take my "repaired" computer to another computer repair company to get it fixed. Also, he removed my Microsoft 7 and added Microsoft 10 to my computer without prior notification.
