Provided by YPmobileI just purchased a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee ☺️ The whole team made the process so easy! It was such a positive experience from start to finish. Dylan on the sales floor was FANTASTIC - he walked me through each feature step by step, shared his insight of the background research and development of the safety and other improvements, made the test drive fun, and gave me his own personal advice when I couldn't decide between two vehicles. The entire staff (from the other gentlemen on the sales floor to the finance department and even the service department) celebrated my excitement along with me and made me feel like their #1 customer rather than just "another" buyer! I walked in interested in a vehicle and walked out several hours later the super excited owner of a beautiful Cherokee! The best thing has been when Dylan has taken the time to check in and make sure I'm loving everything about my new Cherokee. They definitely take care of their customers here and I can say with 100% certainty I will be a customer for life and recommend them to everyone I know!

Provided by YPmobileMy wife took her 2013 chysrler 200 (still under warranty) to have the transmission looked at.They used a half tank of gas test driving,said nothing wrong.I'm not a mechanic,but when I checked fluid it was a quart low! Is this the people you want working on YOUR CAR !!! I don't think so!

Provided by YPmobileAfter buying my 2012 wrangler from another dealer and having tons of problems with the other dealers customer service and attitude I decided to head south for service. I went to trade in my 2012 for a brand new one and the dealer in Florence offered me a laughable price on my trade. I went back to 75s and they offered me much more as well as an untouchable price on my new purchase. The other dealer had a similar truck with less options for much more.The sales guys went above and beyond for me to find what I was looking for. I have bought many cars from many dealers and this is the first one that didn't try any shady tactics. In the end I saved around 6,000+ dollars using this deals over the others and those numbers are not exaggerated. Hopefully you have just as good an experience.

Provided by YPmobileJust bought me a new ram last week from south 75 (needed new truck to haul new boat) and let me say that I'm very pleased with the service I received! They gave me top $ for my trade in and worked with me and the bank to get my payments as low as they could! Plus with the 6yr 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and LIFETIME power train. I don't think I'll EVER shop anywhere else again! Thank you south 75!! :)

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend Dry Ridge Toyota, South I-75 Dodge or Marshall Motors. Why? They are only about PROFIT! My son and I tried to buy a truck and they sat on they're price, low balled his trade and wouldn't even drop $15.00 a month to make a deal. After trying to reach Rob Marshall to question why, he returned no calls! Then a couple days later a customer relations guy (Josh) called my son to see what happened and set up an "appointment" with a confirmation # to come in and try to work out a deal? Well, we tried again and showed up for the appointment, however, a day before we noticed the truck disappeared online? When we walked in we were greeted by Mark (salesman), he ushered us in an office and started looking up the confirmation #, he FAILED to tell us that the truck was SOLD until I asked him! So, we expressed our disappointment and left. I called Rob Marshall again, left ANOTHER voice mail about what had just happened, but, I do not expect any response. So, hopefully you see just what your dealing with here! Also, this is the third vehicle they have lost our business on, in which case we went on to find a lot better price and buying experience on the other two, so, shop around IT DON"T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY!

Provided by YP.comGoing in to this dealer I knew exactly what I was looking for. Which was good for me. The sales people were not very knowledgable and were extremely pushy. The sales lady, Teresa, could not explain the numbers on the sheet of paper to me when they made me an offer. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to make the payoff on my trade, I called and they still hadn't made it because "they did not kinow the address of the credit union to payoff." Also had alot of other issues after the sale. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would recommend that you shop elsewhere and save yourself from the hassel of dealing with these people.
