Im so disappointed in your behavior today. I will never return. I am spreading the word on your bad work habits. Putting remover in polish so you have an ugly dull finish. I dont pay for that. I told you i didnt want her you think its funny. I came 4 weeks in row no reason for ingrown toe nails. Nobody cuts tbem but her. Still on goung ingrown toe nails. Got polish all over my shoes. Your so cheap, she should of used thise rubber thongs. I see you reuse them. I will not be back.looks dull and like crap! Ty im disabled and get this once a month and this is what i get

I came into Nails & Spa today to have my nails fixed that the gentleman (I say this loosely) did a horrible job on. First of all he told me I didn't have my nails done there even though he did the flag design I had, he then proceeds to tell me he did remember me and I'm the one who wrote a hot check (I never pay w/checks) and that I didn't spend the amount stated. I then showed him my bank statement showing that I in fact didn't even write a check and that it was a visa card for my daughter and I. This is the most ridiculous place I have ever been to and am shocked at the treatment I received! Do not go here if you want to avoid the dramal!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!!
