I had surgery on my right elbow, which helped some. I still continued to get pain in my elbow when I used my right hand. Dr. Hands did one dry needle treatment on my right elbow and arm and I am 95% recovered. I cannot wait till my next appt. He is also helping me with my headaches and back and neck pain. After an appointment with him it is so much easier to go on long car trips without pain.

Great experience and found solutions for my back pain and headaches. Dr. Hands helped me get back on track. I would not hesitate to send anyone else from the Bowie or Crofton area there.

Before going to Dr Hands I had hip pain that radiated down into my leg giving me pain in my shins as well as my hip. I had a hard time walking and every time I would get out of my car I was extremely stiff. Since going to Dr Hands my range of motion, walking, stiffness has pretty much subsided. I can now walk without feeling like I am hunching over. Getting out of my car is so much easier, I can move more freely. I would definitely recommend Dr Hands if you want to be free of pain and not have to go on any pain medications.

I found Dr. Hands by reading the great reviews left about him! I have to say everyone was right and I have not been disappointed. I have been virtually pain free for the past couple weeks since I have begun seeing him. Even after the first day I began to feel better and stronger. I am very glad I decided to go see Dr. Hands and if you have tried everything and nothing has helped I am sure you will have great results as well!
