This company has the very worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. They sell a very expensive product, a product for which you are paying a hefty sum of money, yet they act like they are doing you a favor.



I don't know about you but when I spend that type of money I expect the company tthat's receiving that money to give me some modicum of respect and perform on my terms as long as I am being reasonable-which I am. The entire staff seems to share in a corporate culture of "I don't give a s**t".
