Their prices are good but their customer service stinks! We have a large container that they empty when needed. They never answer their phones and the recording says "memory full!" My kids have had to flag them down on trash day just to get service! Right now our garbage is all the way to the top and we can't get through for them to pickup. I guess we'll have to start shopping for a new company. It's too bad because their prices are great for the large containers they offer!
