Clay came out to spray our house and yard for ants, spiders, and other insects. He was very professional, courteous, and explained the service in great detail. I would defiantly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable and we are looking forward to giving them our future business.

I called Baywood due to a termite swarm in my home. I've never seen a termite and had to compare the little bastards to Google pics to confirm. My wife was not happy and I needed a quick, effective resolution. Brandon came out and did a free estimate, looking inside and outside my home. Within minutes, he located the termites travel tubes which were @ the front of my home under my mulch/dirt. They were small, white and had dark heads. He gave me a quote of $703 driveout for deployment of 55 gallons of Termidor around my home. This involved digging a narrow trench around my foundation, drilling intermittent holes through concrete (patio/driveway) and filling the trench/holes with the Termidor. He would also patch the concrete holes and fill the trench in, spraying an additional layer of Termidor on top. Sometimes when you dig, other critters come up and relocate; spraying addresses this. The work would be backed by a written contract that provides a one year warranty with an option to have annual inspections with treatment if needed. I had to wait two weeks to put the money together before calling to schedule the treatment. Baywood came out two days layer and laid the hate to my termites. Brandon completed the job in 4 hours (1800sq ft home). He found an additional nest on the opposite side of my home. I've got no signs of structural damage, we agreed I caught the problem early. Brandon has a vast knowledge about bugs and is articulate. I found him to be nice, honest and pull no punches. Prior to the treatment being done, I had an ant infestation in my master bathroom. Brandon deployed a ant killing phermone in three places for free. What a guy.



Note: Baywood has the contract with the City of Baytown (think lots of buildings) for a reason. They treated a coworkers house successfully so I took this track record into account before signing. They are licensed by the state. I estimated saving around $300-$500 by going local as opposed to a national chain.
