Please do yourself a favor and Do NOT use this dealership! I LIVE in Crosby, I wanted to use this business and support my local community... this is how I was treated as a result: Found the truck I wanted, test drove and entered into negotiations to purchase it -came to an agreement which I SIGNED. I was waiting for paperwork when salesman informed me they were selling the truck to SOMEONE ELSE! WHAT?Management offered No explanation, No offer to make it right, NOTHING. Didn't even offer to show me anything else, just shrugged and walked off. How can they stay in business treating customers that way? I am a long time Ford Customer and have good credit. I had not come in to browse or try to get credit approval - I had come in to purchase-which I did 4 hours later somewhere else. (Baytown Ford) I dealt directly with the sales manager, purchased a better truck, with more options for less money. I also was offered more for my trade-in! Seriously. Run from Friendly Ford and go elsewhere.

I recently purchased a new 2009 Ford truck from Tony at Friendly Ford. Since I had wrecked my truck I did not have a ride to the dealership but Tony drove to Spring and piced me up. When I arrived at the dealership the truck I was looking for was parked in front of the dealership cleaned up and with a full tank of gas, all I had to do was sign the papers. Everyone from the receptionest Rhonda to the sales mgrs was the Friendlest people you will ever meet. I would highly recommend Friendly Ford on your next purchase. Charles Johnson

I live in Lufkin and I drive to Crosby to buy my cars from Friendly Ford because they make me feel like family. I always call Tony and when I arrive all I have to do is demo the car and sign the papers. Why would I buy anywhere else. It is worth the 100 miles I drive. I have purchased 8 cars from Firendly Ford and all my family purchases from them also.
